# Introduction
## What is Voice Logica? [Section titled “What is Voice Logica?”](#what-is-voice-logica) Voice Logica is an AI phone-assistant platform with its own telephony. You sign up, the product builds a first agent from your company details, and you get a test number to call the same day. This documentation follows that path - not the older “create an empty agent, then install it” flow. **Fastest way to try it:** from Claude or ChatGPT. Add the connector `https://api.voicelogica.ai/api/v1/mcp`, sign up in the window that opens, and ask the assistant to let you hear your agent - about two minutes, no card. See [Voice Logica at a glance](/getting-started/at-a-glance/) and [Claude and ChatGPT](/integrations/claude-chatgpt/). ## How a new workspace is set up [Section titled “How a new workspace is set up”](#how-a-new-workspace-is-set-up) 1. **[Sign up](/getting-started/sign-up/)** - create an account, verify email and phone, tell us about your business, and receive a live test line. 2. **[Activate your subscription](/getting-started/activate-subscription/)** - add a payment method and leave the Demo Plan when you are ready for real traffic. 3. **[Your first agent](/getting-started/your-first-agent/)** - open the agent that onboarding already created, shape Identity, try it, and review **Calls**. Everything else - knowledge, transfers, numbers, campaigns, workflows - comes after that first good test call. ## What you will see in the app [Section titled “What you will see in the app”](#what-you-will-see-in-the-app) The expanded sidebar groups the product roughly as: **Dashboard, Calls, Live Support (Soon), My Agents, Campaigns, Tasks, Contacts** — then Build tools (Workflows, Integrations, Learning Center, Telephony) — then Account (**Subscription & Billing**, **Team and access**, **Logs**). Help lives in the top bar under **Help & support**, not as a sidebar docs row. app-sidebarExpand Each agent is edited on **My Agents**. The editor rail has six areas: | Area | Tabs | | ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------ | | **Identity** | Instructions, Voice & Language | | **Skills** | Knowledge, Tools & Workflows | | **Call handling** | Transfer, Outgoing, Hang up, Advanced | | **Channels** | Website Widget, Telephony (plan-dependent) | | **After the call** | Alerts, Call results | | **Recording & Privacy** | Recording, retention, and privacy | editor-railExpand The header **Try this agent** is how you hear the agent before customers do - in the browser, or by dialing the test number and PIN. ## What these docs cover after Getting Started [Section titled “What these docs cover after Getting Started”](#what-these-docs-cover-after-getting-started) * **Agent Configuration** - Knowledge, Tools & Workflows, Hang up, Advanced, After the call, Recording & Privacy * **Learning Center** - unanswered queues and the knowledge-base library * **Telephony** - trunks, routing, destinations, transfer * **Outbound Calls** - campaigns and the API * **Workflows** - triggers and nodes * **Integrations** - Catalogue, Connected, MCP * **Common Issues** and **Support** ## Need Help? # Voice Logica at a Glance
> What Voice Logica is, who it is for, what it costs, and how to try it in two minutes from Claude, ChatGPT or the web.
Voice Logica gives a business an AI voice agent that answers its phone calls and places calls for it, in natural Greek or English. The agent follows the business’s own instructions and knowledge, uses its systems during the call (calendar, CRM, e-shop, ERP), and hands over to a person when it should. Voice Logica I.K.E. is based in Athens, Greece. ## Try it in two minutes [Section titled “Try it in two minutes”](#try-it-in-two-minutes) **From Claude or ChatGPT.** Connecting Voice Logica creates the account, so you never leave the chat: 1. Add a connector with the URL `https://api.voicelogica.ai/api/v1/mcp` ([step-by-step](/integrations/claude-chatgpt/)). 2. Click **Connect**. In the Voice Logica window, continue with your email (or Google / Microsoft), enter the 6-digit code, then your business name and website. That creates your account and builds your first agent from the website. No password, no card. 3. Back in the chat, ask *“show me my agent”*, then *“let me hear it”*: a link to talk to it in the browser, a number to dial with your agent’s PIN, or *“call me”* and the agent phones you. **From the web.** Sign up at [app.voicelogica.ai/auth/signup](https://app.voicelogica.ai/auth/signup) ([guide](/getting-started/sign-up/)). The free demo includes 20 voice and analysis minutes with every feature. ## What an agent does [Section titled “What an agent does”](#what-an-agent-does) * Answers every call, day and night, and places outbound calls: campaigns, reminders, follow-ups, callbacks. * Books, moves and cancels appointments on Google Calendar and confirms them by SMS. * Looks up orders, bookings, balances and customers in the business’s systems while the caller waits. * Sends SMS and email, creates tasks and tickets, and transfers to a person (blind or warm). * Records, transcribes and analyses every call, with fields the business defines. **Channels:** phone calls (your own numbers, your SIP trunk, or numbers from us), SMS, Viber, WhatsApp Business, email, and a chat and voice widget for your website. **Languages:** Greek and English natively. An agent can have several languages, a voice for each, and switch during a call. **Integrations:** HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho; Soft1, Entersoft, Megasoft, Galaxy, Pylon, SAP, Odoo; Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart, PrestaShop; Guesty, WebHotelier, Hosthub; ACS, Speedex, Geniki Taxydromiki, ELTA, BOX NOW; Google Workspace, Microsoft 365; and any REST API through workflows. See [Integrations](/integrations/). **Built for:** clinics and doctors, hotels and short-term rentals, e-shops and retail, insurance agencies, real estate, banks and financial firms, schools and training centres, and public services. ## Voice infrastructure: bring your own [Section titled “Voice infrastructure: bring your own”](#voice-infrastructure-bring-your-own) Voice Logica is also the phone layer you plug your own stack into: * **Your carrier.** Connect any SIP trunk by registration or IP authentication, over UDP, TCP or TLS, with G.711 (A-law or μ-law). Presets exist for Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo and Greek carriers. Or use Voice Logica numbers. See [Your own carrier](/telephony/your-own-carrier/). * **Your PBX.** [Connect your office phone system](/telephony/connect-your-pbx/) (Panasonic, Grandstream, Yeastar, 3CX, FreePBX, Alcatel-Lucent OXO, Avaya IP Office or any SIP PBX): it registers a trunk out to Voice Logica, sends the calls you choose to the agent, and takes transfers back to extensions. No port forwarding or public IP. A PBX that cannot register a trunk connects through an [edge device](/telephony/edge-device/). * **Your systems.** Agents call your REST APIs through workflows and your remote MCP servers as tools; you place calls with the [REST API](/outbound-calls/api/) and receive results by webhook. * **Your people.** Softphones and desk phones, the Windows and iOS apps, ring groups, conference rooms and warm transfers put humans and AI agents on the same system. Microsoft Teams Direct Routing is coming soon. ## Plans [Section titled “Plans”](#plans) Prices per month in EUR; paying yearly saves 10%. Every plan includes integrations, API and MCP access, the mini-CRM, call transfer, webhooks and automatic call analysis. | Plan | Price / month | Voice minutes | Concurrent calls | | ---------- | ------------: | ------------: | ---------------- | | Free demo | 0 | 20 | 1 | | Starter | 49 | 200 | 1 | | Skilled | 196 | 800 | 2 | | Advanced | 367 | 1,500 | 5 in + 5 out | | Pro | 720 | 3,000 | 10 in + 10 out | | Scale | 1,175 | 5,000 | 20 in + 20 out | | Enterprise | 2,250 | 10,000 | 30 in + 30 out | Current prices: [voicelogica.ai/en/pricing-en](https://www.voicelogica.ai/en/pricing-en). To leave the demo, see [Activate your subscription](/getting-started/activate-subscription/). ## Security and compliance [Section titled “Security and compliance”](#security-and-compliance) ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701, valid to May 2029. Calls are encrypted in transit (TLS, SRTP) and data at rest (AES-256), hosting is in the EU, and a GDPR data processing agreement is available. # Activate Your Subscription
After sign-up and your first test call, you’ll need to activate your subscription to unlock the full capabilities of Voice Logica. This guide walks you through adding a payment method and choosing a plan. ## The Demo Plan [Section titled “The Demo Plan”](#the-demo-plan) When you first sign up, your account starts on the **Demo Plan** with limited resources for initial testing: * **Minutes:** Limited call time for testing * **Emails:** Limited email sends * **SMS:** Limited SMS messages These resources let you test Voice Logica’s features before committing to a paid plan. To view your exact Demo Plan allocation, check the **Resources** panel in the sidebar or visit **Subscription & Billing**. ## What you see on the dashboard [Section titled “What you see on the dashboard”](#what-you-see-on-the-dashboard) When payment is still missing, the home dashboard shows a **NEXT STEP** card such as **Configure payment method**, plus a **Finish setting up Voice Logica** checklist. Typical checklist items: * Download the Windows / mobile app * Build your first AI agent (often already done from onboarding) * Do your first call * **Configure payment method** * Choose the subscription * Get your free phone number (optional; may stay locked until a plan is active) sub-1Expand ## Activating Your Subscription [Section titled “Activating Your Subscription”](#activating-your-subscription) To activate your subscription and unlock full features, you need to complete two steps: 1. **Add a payment method** (with VAT/Tax ID) 2. **Choose and activate a paid plan** Let’s walk through each step. ## Step 1: Add a Payment Method [Section titled “Step 1: Add a Payment Method”](#step-1-add-a-payment-method) Before you can activate a subscription, you need a payment method with your VAT/Tax ID information. You can also choose the plan first: with no card yet you add one on a secure Stripe page, and the plan starts as soon as the card is saved. Only using the Noema app? See [Noema only: the Noema Mobile plan](/telephony/noema-mobile-plan/). 1. **Open the payment flow** On the dashboard, click **Add payment method** on the NEXT STEP card, or **Add card** on the checklist row. You can also navigate to **Subscription & Billing** from the sidebar and select the **Payment Details** tab. sub-2Expand 2. **Enter VAT and billing email** Before connecting to Stripe, Voice Logica asks for: * **VAT code (Tax ID)** — Your business tax identification number * **Billing email** — The email address where invoices will be sent **Important:** Use the correct VAT format for your country: * Start with a 2-letter country code (e.g., `EL`, `DE`, `FR`, `CY`) * Follow with 8-12 alphanumeric characters * No spaces or punctuation * Examples: `EL012345678` (Greece), `DE123456789` (Germany), `CY12345678X` (Cyprus) Make sure the billing email is an inbox your finance team can access for invoices. sub-3Expand 3. **Continue to Stripe** Click **Continue to Stripe**. You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Voice Logica never stores your raw card details on its own servers — all payment information is securely handled by Stripe. sub-4Expand 4. **Save your card** On the Stripe Checkout page, enter: * Card number * Expiry date * CVC security code * Cardholder name Click **Save** when ready. After Stripe processes your information, you’ll be returned to Voice Logica with your payment method on file (displayed as the card type and last four digits, e.g., “Visa ending in 1234”). sub-5Expand Verify your Tax ID before continuing An incorrect VAT number will produce incorrectly issued invoices, and corrections for past payments require contacting support. Double-check your Tax ID format before proceeding: * 2-letter country code + 8-12 alphanumeric characters * No spaces or punctuation * Examples: `EL012345678`, `DE123456789`, `FR12345678901` If you need to update your Tax ID later, go to **Subscription & Billing → Payment Details**. ## Step 2: Activate Your Subscription [Section titled “Step 2: Activate Your Subscription”](#step-2-activate-your-subscription) With your payment method saved, you can now choose a paid plan and activate your subscription. 1. **Open Subscription management** Navigate to **Subscription & Billing** from the sidebar, then click the **Subscription management** tab. sub-6Expand 2. **Review available plans** You’ll see your current plan (usually **Demo Plan**) and available paid plans. Each plan includes: * **Monthly minutes** — Call time included per month * **Emails** — Email messages you can send * **SMS** — SMS messages for notifications * **Concurrent calls** — How many simultaneous calls your agents can handle * **Features** — Access to integrations, API, outbound calling, etc. Consider: * How many call minutes you expect per month * Whether you need integrations (Google Calendar, CRM systems) * How many concurrent calls you need to support * Whether you need API access or outbound calling capabilities 3. **Choose your plan** Click **Choose a plan** or **Select** on the plan card that best fits your needs. 4. **Confirm activation** Review your selected plan details: * Plan name and monthly cost * Included resources and features * Your payment method on file Click **Continue** or **Activate** to confirm. **What happens next:** * Your card is charged for the first billing cycle * Your account immediately upgrades from Demo Plan to your chosen plan * Your resource limits update to match your new plan * Future renewals occur automatically on your billing date After activation, your dashboard checklist will update to show payment configured, and additional features may unlock (such as claiming your free phone number if included in your plan). sub-7Expand ## Managing Your Subscription [Section titled “Managing Your Subscription”](#managing-your-subscription) Once your subscription is active, you can manage it from the **Subscription & Billing** page. ### Available actions [Section titled “Available actions”](#available-actions) **Changing plan (higher or lower):** * Go to **Subscription management** tab * Click **Select** on the plan you want * The change takes effect immediately: the new plan starts today and is charged in full for a new monthly period * There is no proration **Canceling your subscription:** * Go to **Payment Details** tab * Click **Manage Subscription** to open the Stripe billing portal * Select **Cancel subscription** * Your account reverts to Demo Plan at the end of the paid period * Your data and configuration are preserved * You can reactivate at any time **Buying additional resources:** * If you run low on minutes, emails, or SMS before renewal * Click **Manage Resources** in the sidebar Resources panel * Purchase additional resources as one-time add-ons * These are one-time charges, not recurring ### Other tabs on Subscription & Billing [Section titled “Other tabs on Subscription & Billing”](#other-tabs-on-subscription--billing) * **Payment Details** — View cards on file, update Tax ID, manage billing email, access Stripe portal * **Invoices** — Download invoices for accounting and expense reporting * **Charge history** — Review all charges and resource purchases * **Usage overview** — Track consumption trends and monitor your usage patterns ## Troubleshooting [Section titled “Troubleshooting”](#troubleshooting) ## Next Steps [Section titled “Next Steps”](#next-steps) ## Need Help? # API Keys
API keys are optional. Finish [sign-up](/getting-started/sign-up/), [subscription](/getting-started/activate-subscription/), and [your first agent](/getting-started/your-first-agent/) before you need them. They are programmatic credentials for the Voice Logica API. Each key is scoped to the operations you allow and can be limited to one IP address. The same key also signs MCP clients (ChatGPT, Claude) into your workspace. Open **Team and access** from the Account group in the sidebar, then select the **API Keys** tab. That page also has **Members**, **Pending invitations**, and **Access Requests**. ## Creating an API Key [Section titled “Creating an API Key”](#creating-an-api-key) 1. **Open API Keys and start a new key** On the **API Keys** tab, click **+ Api Key**. api-keys-0Expand 2. **Choose a preset, name the key, and set an IP if needed** The **Create API key** drawer opens on the right. * **Preset** - start from Full access (every operation) or another preset, then refine below. * **API Key Name** - use a clear purpose name such as `CRM Integration`, `Webhook Handler`, or `Initiate Call`. * **IP Address** - optional. Leave it blank to allow any IP. Only enter a real address when the caller has a fixed IP. Do not enter `0.0.0.0` as a stand-in for “any IP”; blank already means any IP. api-keys-1Expand 3. **Choose the allowed operations** Under **API operation restrictions**, expand each group and toggle what this key may call. Groups include **Calls**, **Agents**, **Workflows**, **VoIP & SIP**, **SMS**, **MCP**, **Billing**, **Shopify**, and **Campaigns**. Leave everything on for full access, or switch off what the key does not need. api-keys-2Expand 4. **Create the key and copy it once** Click **Create API Key**. The **Copy your API key** dialog shows the full value only this once. Click **Copy**, store the key somewhere safe, then click **Done**. api-keys-3Expand The key is shown only once After you close that dialog, the table only shows a masked key. You cannot view the full value again. If you lose it, revoke the key and create a new one. ## Managing Your Keys [Section titled “Managing Your Keys”](#managing-your-keys) The table lists each key’s **Name**, masked **Key**, **Last Used**, and **Created** date. Use search to find a key by name. api-keys-4Expand * **Edit** (pencil) - change the name, IP restriction, and allowed operations. The secret value itself never appears again and cannot be rotated in place. * **Revoke** (trash) - opens **Revoke API key?** Confirm with **Revoke** to permanently remove the key. Apps using it lose access immediately. There is no separate Delete action. ## Using Your API Key [Section titled “Using Your API Key”](#using-your-api-key) Authenticate requests by sending the key in the `x-api-key` header:
```plaintext
x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY
```
For example, starting an outbound AI call:
```bash
curl -X POST https://api.voicelogica.ai/api/v1/phones/calls/initiate-call \
-H "x-api-key: YOUR_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"destinationNumber": "+302101234567",
"agentId": "your-agent-id",
"voipPhoneId": "your-voip-phone-id"
}'
```
`destinationNumber` is required; pass `agentId` for outbound AI calls, and either `voipPhoneId` or `sipTrunkId` to choose the line the call goes out on. The full interactive reference for every endpoint lives at [api.voicelogica.ai/api-docs](https://api.voicelogica.ai/api-docs). ## Troubleshooting [Section titled “Troubleshooting”](#troubleshooting) ## Next Steps [Section titled “Next Steps”](#next-steps) ## Need Help? # How charges work
> What uses voice minutes, analysis minutes, chat sessions, SMS and emails, what is free, what happens when something runs out, and how upgrades and packs add minutes.
Your plan is a monthly allowance. Calls, chats and messages use it up; nothing is billed per call on top. You see what is left in the **Resources** panel and in **Subscription & Billing**. Prices are in euros plus VAT. ## What each resource is for [Section titled “What each resource is for”](#what-each-resource-is-for) | Resource | What uses it | | -------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | **Voice minutes** | Calls the AI agent talks on, inbound and outbound. | | **Analysis minutes** | Transcribing, summarising and analysing a call. Every AI call uses them, and so do calls handled by people (Noema, the apps, desk phones) that Voice Logica records and summarises. | | **Chat sessions** | Conversations on the website widget, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger and Instagram. | | **SMS** | SMS sent by the agent, by workflows or by your team. Viber business messages use the same credit. | | **Emails** | Call summaries and emails the agent or workflows send. | | **Concurrent calls** | How many calls can be live at the same moment. Not used up; it is a ceiling. | ## Calls [Section titled “Calls”](#calls) * **Counted per second**, from the moment the call is answered to hang-up. No rounding up to the minute. * **Not charged:** ringing, busy, unanswered and failed calls, and the call that verifies your phone number. * **An AI call uses voice and analysis minutes, second for second.** A 3-minute call uses 3 voice minutes and 3 analysis minutes. That is why every plan has the same number of both. * **A very short answered call** counts as at least 10 seconds when the agent speaks a freshly generated greeting. * **Calls handled by people** (Noema, the Windows and mobile apps, a desk phone) use **analysis minutes only**, once per call. * **Transfers to a person:** the part after the transfer uses analysis minutes only if **Analyze Transferred Call** is on. Otherwise it is free. * **Analyse calls: On demand** (Call settings): calls your team handles are recorded but not analysed or charged until someone presses **Analyze** on the call; the analysis minutes are charged then. * **Paused recording:** the paused part is not charged in analysis minutes. Voice minutes still count, because the agent stays on the line. * **Test calls** from the agent’s **Try** button and live test scenarios are real calls and use minutes like any call. A test suite shows its estimated minutes before it runs. * **Outbound calls and campaigns** use minutes the same way and need a plan that allows outbound calls. ## Chats [Section titled “Chats”](#chats) * **One chat session covers one customer for 24 hours**, however many messages they send in that time. * Handing the chat over to a teammate ([live support](/telephony/live-support/)) is part of the same session. * After 24 hours a new message from the same customer starts a new session. ## SMS, Viber and emails [Section titled “SMS, Viber and emails”](#sms-viber-and-emails) * **SMS:** one credit per 160 characters, per recipient. Greek text counts the same as English. * **Viber business messages:** charged like SMS, one credit per 160 characters. * **Emails:** one credit per email sent. ## When something runs out [Section titled “When something runs out”](#when-something-runs-out) | Runs out | What happens | | -------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Voice minutes | New AI calls are refused. Buy a minutes pack or upgrade. | | Analysis minutes | Calls are no longer transcribed or summarised, and calls forwarded to your team are refused. You get an email. | | Chat sessions | New chats are refused and the visitor sees *Chat is temporarily unavailable*. You get an email. Open chats continue. | | Concurrent calls | A call over the limit is refused; the others continue. | | The plan itself (payment failed) | After the card retries, the plan becomes inactive and all calls stop, even if pack minutes are left. | A call already in progress is never cut when the balance reaches zero; it finishes and the balance can go slightly below zero. ## Low balance alert [Section titled “Low balance alert”](#low-balance-alert) Get an email before something runs out. In **Subscription & Billing → Subscription management**, the **Low balance alert** card on the right has: * **Threshold** (default 20%): set it with **−** / **+**, from 5% to 90%. When any balance (voice minutes, analysis minutes, SMS, emails) drops below it, an email goes out, and again as it keeps dropping. * **Email list**: type an address and press **Enter** to add it, **×** to remove it. An empty list means no alerts. The card shows which balances are already below the threshold. The same list also gets other account alerts, such as a phone line going down. From Claude or ChatGPT: *“Email me and when minutes drop below 30%”*. `billing_query` (action `get_low_balance_alert`) reads it, `billing_execute` (action `set_low_balance_alert`) changes it. ## Packs [Section titled “Packs”](#packs) Packs add to the plan and are used **after** the plan’s own allowance. They are valid for **one year** from purchase and do not reset at renewal. Buy them in **Subscription & Billing**: * **Minutes:** 100, 500, 1,000 or 2,500 minutes (voice and analysis together). * **Chat sessions:** 500 sessions. * **Analysis top-ups:** for teams whose calls are handled by people. * **Extra concurrent calls**, **extra agents** and **seats** (mobile, Windows, desk phone) are add-ons. With auto top-up on, the same pack is bought again when it runs low. ## Renewal, upgrades and downgrades [Section titled “Renewal, upgrades and downgrades”](#renewal-upgrades-and-downgrades) * **Unused monthly minutes do not roll over.** At renewal the allowance resets to the plan’s amounts. Pack minutes stay. * **Upgrade from the app for minutes right away:** **Subscription & Billing → Subscription management → Select** on the new plan. It starts immediately, is charged in full for a new period from today, and its minutes are **added** to what you had left. There is no proration. * **Yearly plans** are paid upfront, cost 10% less, and refill the allowance every month. ## Current plans [Section titled “Current plans”](#current-plans) | Plan | Per month | Voice + analysis minutes | Concurrent calls | Chat sessions | SMS | Emails | | ---------- | --------- | ------------------------ | ---------------- | ------------- | ----- | ------ | | Starter | €49 | 200 | 1 | 100 | 50 | 500 | | Skilled | €196 | 800 | 2 | 100 | 100 | 1,000 | | Advanced | €367 | 1,500 | 5 | 100 | 200 | 5,000 | | Pro | €720 | 3,000 | 10 | 100 | 400 | 10,000 | | Scale | €1,175 | 5,000 | 20 | 100 | 700 | 15,000 | | Enterprise | €2,250 | 10,000 | 30 | 100 | 1,200 | 30,000 | **Noema Mobile** (€9) is for business calls on your own mobile: 60 analysis minutes, no AI voice minutes. See [Noema Mobile plan](/telephony/noema-mobile-plan/). The **Demo plan** has 20 voice and 20 analysis minutes for 30 days. The plan card in **Subscription & Billing** always shows the current amounts. ## From Claude or ChatGPT [Section titled “From Claude or ChatGPT”](#from-claude-or-chatgpt) *“How many minutes do I have left?”* or *“what does my plan include?”*: `billing_query` reads the plan and what is left. `get_guide` (guide `"manage_minutes_and_billing"`) explains the same. ## Next Steps [Section titled “Next Steps”](#next-steps) [Activate your subscription](/getting-started/activate-subscription/) - [Cost examples](/compare/cost-examples/) - [Contact support](/support/contact-support/)

The left sidebar shows two steps: your business, then the test number. ### Company Name (Required) [Section titled “Company Name (Required)”](#company-name-required) Start typing your business name in **Company name**. **If your business is registered on Google:** * As you type, Google autocomplete will suggest matching businesses * Select your business from the dropdown * The **Address** field will appear and automatically fill with your business address from Google * You can review and edit the address if needed **If your business is not listed on Google:** * Continue typing to enter your company name manually * The **Address** field will appear below * You’ll need to manually enter your business address signup-7Expand ### Address (Required) [Section titled “Address (Required)”](#address-required) The **Address** field appears after you enter or select your company name: * **Auto-filled from Google:** If you selected a Google-registered business, the address populates automatically * **Manual entry:** If you entered your company name manually, you’ll type the address yourself * **Editable:** You can always edit the address, even if it was auto-filled ### Website (Optional) [Section titled “Website (Optional)”](#website-optional) Enter your business website URL if you have one. Voice Logica scrapes it to seed the knowledge base. **Why provide your website?** When you enter a website URL, Voice Logica automatically: * Analyzes your website content * Learns about your services, products, and offerings * Understands your brand voice and messaging * Trains your AI agent with accurate, business-specific information This creates a more knowledgeable and accurate agent from the start. **Don’t have a website?** No problem! You can: * Leave this field blank * Your agent will still be created successfully * Configure your agent’s knowledge manually through the agent editor * Add your website later if you create one ### Create Your Agent [Section titled “Create Your Agent”](#create-your-agent) Once you’ve filled in the required fields (Company name and Address), click the blue **“Create my agent”** button. Voice Logica will: 1. Process your business information 2. Scrape your website (if provided) to understand your business 3. Create your first AI agent automatically 4. Assign you a test phone number and PIN 5. Set up your agent to be immediately callable This process typically takes just a few seconds. ## Your Agent is Live [Section titled “Your Agent is Live”](#your-agent-is-live) After agent creation completes, you’ll see a success screen confirming your agent is ready. The sidebar now shows: * **Step 1:** “Your business - Company & setup” ✓ (completed) * **Step 2:** “You’re live! - Then call your test number” (currently active) You’ll be provided with: * **A test phone number** — a dedicated line to call your agent * **A PIN** — enter this when calling to access your agent The screen displays: *“Line is open — call anytime”* with a green indicator confirming your agent is active and ready to take calls. signup-8Expand ### Make Your First Test Call [Section titled “Make Your First Test Call”](#make-your-first-test-call) To test your agent immediately: 1. **Dial the test phone number** shown on your screen 2. **Enter the PIN** when prompted (e.g., 377115#) 3. **Talk to your agent** as a customer would — ask questions, test scenarios 4. **Listen to how it responds** — evaluate tone, accuracy, and helpfulness You can make unlimited test calls to refine your agent before connecting it to your real business number. ## After onboarding [Section titled “After onboarding”](#after-onboarding) The wizard drops you on the dashboard. The checklist there is the rest of Getting Started — not a second sign-up. signup-9Expand * Shape the agent you already have — [Your First Agent](/getting-started/your-first-agent/). Do not click **Create agent**. * Add a card when you are ready for real traffic — [Activate Your Subscription](/getting-started/activate-subscription/). * Windows / iPhone / Android cards download the apps. They are optional. The browser is enough for the first week. ## Troubleshooting [Section titled “Troubleshooting”](#troubleshooting) ## Next Steps [Section titled “Next Steps”](#next-steps) ## Need Help? [Section titled “Need Help?”](#need-help) If you run into any issues during sign-up, the Voice Logica support team is available: EMAIL DOCUMENTATION [docs.voicelogica.ai](https://docs.voicelogica.ai) LIVE CHAT Available in your dashboard after sign-up When contacting support, please include: * Your account email address * A description of the issue * Screenshots if applicable * Any error messages you received
# Your First Agent
Sign-up already created your first agent from your company details and handed you a test line. This page is what you do next: open that agent, shape how it talks, try it, and review the call. The agent name comes from onboarding (for example **Agent Of Voice Logica Docs** when the company is Voice Logica Docs). You can rename it later in **Instructions** - you do not need to recreate it. Do not start with Create agent You do **not** start by clicking **Create agent**. That button is for a *second* agent, and most new plans only include one. ## Open My Agents [Section titled “Open My Agents”](#open-my-agents) In the sidebar, open **AI agents**. The page heading is **My Agents**. first-agent-1Expand What you see: * **Create agent** - adds another agent if your plan allows it (often shows a lock when you are already at the limit) * **Copy agent** - duplicates an existing agent when your plan allows it * **Add filter** and **Search agents…** - narrow the list * One agent card from onboarding - name, how recently it was touched, a short ID chip, **View calls**, and quick actions on the card Click the agent card to open the editor. ### Adding another agent [Section titled “Adding another agent”](#adding-another-agent) Click **Create agent**. If your plan includes only one agent, **Agent limit reached** appears with **Your plan includes 1 agent - upgrade to add more.** Choose **View subscription** to upgrade, or **Cancel** and keep customizing the agent you have. first-agent-5Expand ## The agent editor [Section titled “The agent editor”](#the-agent-editor) The editor header shows the agent name, a green **Live / v1** badge, and **Prompt Based - editing the live agent.** Four header controls sit above the tabs: Required Readiness checks. Opens **Not ready for calls** with required items and warnings before callers can reach the agent. Edit with AInarrow: AI Opens Claude / ChatGPT against this agent (needs an AI connection). Live on Which channels this agent answers on. **0 of 2 channels** means Try this agent can work while customers still cannot reach it. Try this agentnarrow: Try Two ways to hear the agent before real callers do. first-agent-requiredExpand **Required** can list blockers such as **Telephony** (callers cannot reach the agent yet), plus warnings like tools mentioned in the prompt that are not enabled, or AI disclosure missing from the greeting. In the editor there is no separate publish step - saving updates the live agent. To try a change before callers hear it, make it from a chat with Claude or ChatGPT: it goes to the agent’s staging copy, you test it (call the dial-in PIN with `*0` added, or run test scenarios), then publish it. See [Build a reliable phone agent](/agent-configuration/build-a-reliable-agent/). ### Stay on Identity [Section titled “Stay on Identity”](#stay-on-identity) For the first week you only need **Instructions** and **Voice & Language**. The other rail areas are the [Agent Configuration](/agent-configuration/advanced-agent/) reference - open that after a good test call. first-agent-2Expand IdentityTHIS PAGE InstructionsVoice & Language ## Identity - Instructions [Section titled “Identity - Instructions”](#identity---instructions) Three sections: 1. **Basic Info** Agent nameREQUIRED The name callers and your team see in chats and call logs. Onboarding fills this from your company details. Internal dial extensionASSIGNED410 Dial this from any internal phone. The system assigns it - it cannot be changed. ▶Advanced - Reply stylecollapsed by default Open it only if you need to tune how replies are phrased. 2. **Greeting** AI disclosure When on, callers are told they are speaking to an AI if your greeting does not already say so. Voice Logica surfaces **Article 50(1) and 50(5)** of the EU AI Act here. If the toggle is off and the greeting does not disclose AI, you (the deployer) may not be compliant. Welcome message The first thing callers hear. Use **Insert greeting** for a starting line. Keep it short. ▶Advanced - Greetingcollapsed by default Extra greeting options. 3. **AI personality & behavior** This is the system prompt - the biggest lever on call quality. Cover: * The agent’s role and the company it represents * Tone (professional, warm, formal, casual) * What to collect, what to refuse, when to transfer or hang up * How to handle common questions Controls above the prompt: Prompt history Restore an earlier version. Insert variable Live values such as the caller’s number or today’s date. Use `{{variable_name}}`. Word pronunciation Teach brand names and acronyms. Improve with AI Refine the prompt in place. A character counter sits under the prompt (plan-dependent, for example `5,121 / 10,000`). If you run out of room, move reference material into a knowledge base instead of stuffing the prompt. ## Identity - Voice & Language [Section titled “Identity - Voice & Language”](#identity---voice--language) Pick a primary language and a voice first. Add secondary languages later for callers who prefer them. * **Primary Language & Voice** - **Primary language** is the language the agent starts every call in. **Voice** is the speaking voice; **Preview** plays a sample, **Change voice** opens the catalog. **Advanced - Voice tuning** is collapsed by default. * **Secondary Languages** - **Add language** so the agent can switch when a caller prefers another language. It switches at once when the caller asks for it (“can we speak English?”). When the caller simply speaks another language, it first asks whether they want to continue in it, so a noisy line or a single foreign word never flips the call. * **Call Background Audio** - optional ambient sound under the whole call: office, call center or coffee shop. Keep the volume low (about 10-20%): loud ambience covers the voice and makes the agent mishear callers. It plays in every language. There is no music under the conversation; music only plays while a call is being transferred. * **Accuracy** - **Custom vocabulary** for uncommon names and terms. Type a word and press Enter or comma. first-agent-voiceExpand ## Try this agent [Section titled “Try this agent”](#try-this-agent) Click **Try this agent** in the editor header. The panel title is **Try this agent. Two ways to hear it before callers do.** first-agent-3Expand 1. **Talk to it in your browser** Uses your mic. Nothing goes live. This is the fastest loop while you edit the greeting or prompt. 2. **Call it from your phone** Dial the test number, then enter the PIN (with `#`). **Dial** and **Copy** are on the panel. This is the same test line you received at the end of [sign-up](/getting-started/sign-up/). 3. **Review the conversation** Open **Calls** in the sidebar (or **View calls** on the agent card). Use the **History** tab (it may show a count) and **Scheduled**. Each row shows the caller, channel, agent, date, duration, and status (for example **Answered**). first-agent-4Expand Open a call to listen to the recording and read the transcript, then go back to **Instructions** or **Voice & Language** and adjust. ## Going live for customers [Section titled “Going live for customers”](#going-live-for-customers) **Try this agent** is a private rehearsal line. Real customers reach the agent through a channel. Open **Live on** in the header to see **Channels**. first-agent-live-onExpand 1. Check **0 of 2 channels** and the status line (for example **Not reachable on any channel yet**). 2. Turn on **Website Widget**, or use **Telephony** → **Connect** to attach a number - see [Voice Logica Phone Numbers](/telephony/voice-logica-numbers/). 3. Keep a paid [subscription](/getting-started/activate-subscription/) so you have minutes for real traffic. Then put the number on your website, email signatures, and listings. ## First-week checklist [Section titled “First-week checklist”](#first-week-checklist) 1 **Open the onboarding agent** - do not create a second one until you need it. 2 **Rewrite the greeting** - callers should know who they reached in the first few seconds, including the AI disclosure if the law in your region requires it. 3 **Write a specific personality prompt** - role, tone, what to collect, when to transfer. 4 **Pick language and voice** - preview the sample before you save. 5 **Try it, then open Calls** - browser or phone, then listen and iterate. ## Troubleshooting [Section titled “Troubleshooting”](#troubleshooting) ## Next Steps [Section titled “Next Steps”](#next-steps) ## Need Help?
