# Make Outbound Call

**Make Outbound Call** compose un numéro depuis le graphe. Nécessite outbound sur le plan et un trunk/ID d'appelant. Ce n'est pas [initiate-call](https://docs.voicelogica.ai/fr/outbound-calls/api/) depuis votre backend (bien que les deux passent des appels IA sortants).

## Ce que vous configurez

- **Phone Number** (required) — E.164 incluant l'indicatif du pays. Prend en charge les variables (par exemple `{{call.phone_number}}`).
- **Agent** (required) — Quel agent IA passe l'appel.
- **SIP Trunk** — Quel trunk / ID d'appelant porte l'appel.
- **Context Info** — Contexte pour l'agent sur cet appel ; prend en charge les variables.

## Première configuration

1. Ajoutez **Make Outbound Call** (souvent après **On API Call** ou **Call Ends**).
2. Définissez numéro + agent (+ trunk).
3. **Save & go live**. Confirmez **Allow Outbound Calls** et crédits.

## Dépannage

**Agent is required**

Choisissez un agent dans le menu déroulant. **Select...** vide bloque le nœud.
