# GoHighLevel

With GoHighLevel connected, the agent recognises a caller whose phone number is on a contact in your sub-account and greets them by name. If the number is unknown, it can find the contact by the name or email the caller gives, create or update the contact, add a note with what the caller asked for, and book them into a free slot of a calendar you pick.

Open **Integrations - Catalogue - GoHighLevel - Authorize**. The connection uses GoHighLevel's own sign-in, where you choose the sub-account; you never paste a GoHighLevel password into Voice Logica. One Voice Logica company connects to one sub-account, and every agent that turns the GoHighLevel tool on uses it.

## What you need before you start

- A GoHighLevel user with access to the sub-account you want to connect.
- If you book appointments: at least one calendar in that sub-account, with its availability set.

Nothing has to be created in GoHighLevel. The connection works the same for white-label agencies.

## First setup

1. **Integrations - Catalogue - GoHighLevel - Authorize**

Sign in to GoHighLevel, pick the sub-account and approve access. You come back to Voice Logica and GoHighLevel shows on **Connected**.

2. **Sync now** (optional)

On the GoHighLevel card under **Connected**, **Sync now** loads the sub-account's contacts into Voice Logica immediately. Otherwise they are synced once a day.

3. **My Agents - your agent - Skills - Tools & Workflows**

Turn **GoHighLevel** on. Under **Operations** keep **Identify caller by phone** and add the ones you need. Leave **Auto-identify caller on connect** on so the caller is looked up before the agent speaks.

4. **Calendar** (for bookings)

With **Find free slots** or **Book appointment** selected, pick the calendar the agent reads and books into. **Time zone** is optional; empty uses the sub-account's time zone.

5. **Save** the agent.

6. **Prove it**

Call the agent from a phone number stored on a GoHighLevel contact. The agent should greet you by name. Then ask for an appointment and check that it appears in the calendar you picked.

## Installing from the GoHighLevel Marketplace

You can also start in GoHighLevel: install the Voice Logica app from the Marketplace on one sub-account. After you approve access, a Voice Logica page opens. Log in, or create an account, and click **Connect** to link the sub-account to the company shown. Then continue from step 2 above. The link on that page stays valid for 7 days.

Install the app on one sub-account at a time. Each Voice Logica company connects to one sub-account.

## What the agent can do

| Job | Operations |
|---|---|
| Know who is calling | Identify caller by phone; look up a contact by name (or company) or by email |
| Remember the caller | After the caller confirms a name match, the agent links their number to that contact so the next call is recognised at once |
| Keep GoHighLevel up to date | Create or update contact; add note on the contact |
| Book | Find free slots in the picked calendar; book appointment, creating the contact first when the caller is new |

Phone and email lookups use the synced copy. A contact created after the last sync is found at the next sync, or at once with **Sync now**.

**Create or update contact**, **Add note** and **Book appointment** write to GoHighLevel. They only run when you select them under **Operations**.

## Workflows

The workflow editor has four GoHighLevel nodes: **Get Contact**, **Create or Update Contact**, **Log Call** and **Create Opportunity**. To log every call in GoHighLevel, put **Log Call** in the agent's post-call workflow; it adds the call as a note on the caller's contact and creates the contact when the number is new. **Create Opportunity** opens a deal in the pipeline and stage you pick, usually with the contact id from an earlier GoHighLevel node.

## Caller card

During a call, the caller card shows the matched GoHighLevel contact with a link that opens it in GoHighLevel.

## Troubleshooting

**Why does the GoHighLevel card show Action needed?**

Voice Logica could no longer refresh access to the sub-account, for example because the app was uninstalled from it in GoHighLevel. Click **Reconnect** on the card and authorize again. Until then, the agent's GoHighLevel operations fail.

**Why doesn't the agent recognise a caller who is in GoHighLevel?**

Check that the number is stored in the contact's **Phone**, that **Identify caller by phone** is selected on the agent, and that you saved the agent. A contact added today is picked up by the next daily sync, or immediately with **Sync now** on the GoHighLevel card.

**Why is the calendar list empty, or why does the agent find no free slots?**

The list shows the calendars of the connected sub-account. Create one in GoHighLevel if there is none, then open the agent's GoHighLevel settings again. If the agent finds no slots, check the calendar's availability and booking window in GoHighLevel.

**Why does the connection fail after installing on several sub-accounts?**

One Voice Logica company connects to one sub-account, so an install on several sub-accounts at once is refused. Install the app on the one sub-account you want, or authorize from Voice Logica and pick it there.
