# Guesty

**Integrations - Catalogue - Guesty - Connect** opens **Connect Guesty** for property management (owners/guests, reservations, listings, house rules, conversations). One connection is shared by the whole company.

## What you enter

From Guesty **Integrations - API / Webhooks**, create an Open API application, then paste:

- **Client ID** (required) — From the Guesty Open API application.
- **Client secret** (required) — Fetched token is cached automatically after connect.
- **Base URL** — Shown when your Guesty environment needs a non-default host.

Use **Test connection** before **Connect** when available.

## First setup

1. Create the Open API app in Guesty and copy Client ID + secret.
2. **Catalogue - Guesty - Connect** - paste credentials - **Test connection** - **Connect**.
3. Enable the Guesty tool on the agent, save, then prove with a guest/owner call.

## Troubleshooting

**Test connection fails**

Confirm the Open API application is active and you pasted Client ID / secret (not a personal password). Try again after regenerating the secret in Guesty.
