# Create Google Document

## Why this node

A call write-up after hang-up. Authorize Drive write on [Google authorizations](https://docs.voicelogica.ai/integrations/google/) (**Save recordings to Drive** / Drive files) or create fails.

## What you configure

- **Document Name** (required) — Title in Drive. `{{variables}}` including dates.
- **Document Content** (required) — The body. Call summary tokens, node fields.
- **Is Public** — On: anyone with the link. Off: Drive ACLs only.

Ports: **Document created**, **Could not create**, **No wait**.

## First setup — one summary Doc after the call

1. Google Scopes: Drive Files on.

2. [On Call End](https://docs.voicelogica.ai/workflows/on-call-end/) → **Create Google Document**. Name includes the caller number. Body uses **Call Parameters** (summary, duration).

3. Leave **Is Public** off. **Save & go live**, attach, hang up. Open Drive.

## What “broken” looks like

- **Needs setup** — empty name or body.
- Could not create — Drive Files not granted.
- Doc is world-readable — **Is Public** is on.

**When would I turn Is Public on?**

A link you will paste into an email the same graph sends. Default off.
