An integration is company-wide. Connecting HubSpot here does not make the agent use it. You still turn the tool on under Skills - Tools & Workflows, or a workflow node stays Setup required until the same company is connected.

Sidebar - Integrations. Four tabs: Connected, Catalogue, Deployable Channels, AI Assistants. Day one is Catalogue - Connect / Authorize, then the agent tool.

Page line on Connected: These are the tools already connected, and what they can do. On Catalogue: Business systems and tools you can connect. Connect once here, then switch it on per agent under Agent -> Skills.

Three things have to be true or the tool is decoration:

  1. Catalogue - Connect or Authorize on this company (OAuth or credentials).
  2. The agent’s matching tool card is on, with the operations you want.
  3. You Save the agent.

A workflow node for the same provider is a fourth thing: the graph, plus the same connection.

Authorize appears on OAuth providers (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Google Meet / Chat, Microsoft 365, Dropbox). Connect appears on credential / API setups (Salesforce, Guesty, Custom API, ERPs, ecommerce, couriers). After it works, the card leaves Catalogue and shows on Connected.

Google Workspace also appears on Connected even before authorize - scopes for calendar, Drive, Sheets, and mail. Catalogue still lists Google Meet / Google Chat separately.

Catalogue search shows Search 42 Integrations… with filters: All, CRM, ERP, E-commerce, Communication, Hospitality, Productivity, Payments, Logistics.

Deployable Channels is how some chat / mail / WhatsApp surfaces attach. The agent’s Channels - Website Widget and Telephony are still the usual caller paths.

First setup - HubSpot, then one identified call

Section titled “First setup - HubSpot, then one identified call”
  1. Integrations - Catalogue - HubSpot - Authorize

Finish the HubSpot consent screen (Connecting your Voice Logica AI account to HubSpot). The card should move to Connected with a working status.

  2. My Agents - this agent - Skills - Tools & Workflows

Turn HubSpot on. Enable identify-by-phone (and auto-identify on incoming) when those options appear. Pick the properties you want read.

  3. Save the agent. Call the production DID from a number that exists on a HubSpot contact.

  4. Listen for the name. If the greeting is generic - the number is not on the contact, the tool is off, or you connected HubSpot on a different company.

The tool says it isn't connected for your workspace yet
  1. Integrations - Connected shows that provider on this company.
  2. Status is working, not Action needed / Not connected.
  3. You saved the agent after turning the tool on.
The workflow node says Setup required

Connect the same provider first. Pick a node. The agent tool and the node are different surfaces.
