For AI assistants: this page as plain markdown is at https://docs.voicelogica.ai/raw/integrations/ai-platforms.md, and https://docs.voicelogica.ai/llms.txt lists the docs by topic, one file each, small enough to read whole. Read those rather than this HTML page.
Your ElevenLabs, Vapi or Retell agent on Voice Logica
Keep the agent you built on ElevenLabs, Vapi or Retell and run it on Voice Logica’s phone system. Calls to your number reach your agent, your agent calls out from your number, transfers ring your own team, and every call lands in Calls next to the calls your people take, ready to be analysed.
What you get
Section titled “What you get”| What happens | |
|---|---|
| Incoming calls | Calls to your number go to your agent through Voice Logica. With your platform’s API key, Connect sets up the platform side for you. Without a key, you copy a few values into ElevenLabs or Retell yourself. |
| Outgoing calls | Your agent calls out through your Voice Logica line. The person you call sees your number. |
| Blind transfer | Your agent passes the caller to a person, a team, another agent or a phone number, and leaves the call. |
| Warm transfer | The caller hears hold music while the person rings. They are connected when the person answers, and only then does your agent leave. |
| Transfers on outgoing calls | The same blind and warm transfers work when your agent placed the call. |
| Every call analysed | Recording, transcript, summary and the results you ask for, in the same place as your team’s calls. See Call analysis. |
| Try a Voice Logica agent | Copy your agent into Voice Logica in one click and compare them on real calls. See Try a Voice Logica agent. |
Where a transfer can go:
| Target | What rings |
|---|---|
A user’s extension (for example 108) | That person’s Windows app, mobile app, desk phone or softphone |
| A user group’s extension | The team, in the order you set in User Groups |
| An AI agent’s internal number | Your Voice Logica agent takes over the call |
A phone number (for example +302101234567) | A new call out through your line |
How a call flows
Section titled “How a call flows”Incoming: caller → your number on Voice Logica → your ElevenLabs, Vapi or Retell agent. The audio passes through Voice Logica, so the call is recorded and can be analysed. When your agent transfers, Voice Logica rings your team.
Outgoing: your agent → your Voice Logica line → the person you call, with your number as caller ID. A transfer during the call works the same way.
Your line must be your own: a SIP trunk from your own carrier or your office PBX. Voice Logica’s own numbers can’t carry an outside agent: Connect refuses them.
What is charged
Section titled “What is charged”- Trunk minutes from your plan for the time the audio passes through Voice Logica, transfers included. Your Voice Logica AI voice minutes are not used.
- Analysis minutes for calls that are transcribed and analysed: on by default with the line’s Analysis switch (see Call analysis). Recording alone does not use them.
- Your platform bills its own agent minutes as usual, and your carrier bills call charges as on any call on your line.
If your plan runs out of trunk minutes, new calls to or from your agent are refused before they ring, and we email you.
See every call analysed
Section titled “See every call analysed”ElevenLabs, Vapi and Retell show you what their agent did. Voice Logica shows you what happened on the call, the same way for your agent and for your people.
- Calls lists every call: incoming and outgoing, the agent’s part and the part after a transfer to your team.
- Each call has its recording, and when analysis is on, the transcript by speaker, a summary and the call results you define (reason for calling, booking made, complaint, next step).
- The caller is matched to the contact in Voice Logica, with their earlier calls and messages.
- Workflows can run when a call ends: create a task, update your CRM, send an email or an SMS.
- Calls your team takes, after a transfer or on their own, are analysed with the same results. You see where the agent hands over too early, what people ask most, and how your team closes.
Each connected line has an Analysis switch, on by default. While it is on, each call is transcribed and, at the end, analysed by the default analysis agent in Call settings: the summary and whatever else that agent is set up to produce. That uses analysis minutes as well as trunk minutes. If you have no analysis minutes left, calls still go through, without a transcript, on trunk minutes only. Turned off, the line’s calls are never transcribed. While the connection is being rolled out, we set the switch for you.
Try a Voice Logica agent
Section titled “Try a Voice Logica agent”Bring your agent into Voice Logica in one click and compare it with the original on real calls.
-
Import it
On the line, click Import agent next to the connected agent, or open API Keys - AI platforms - Import an agent. Voice Logica copies the prompt, greeting, voice, model, transfers, tools and knowledge. Each item shows copied, copied with a change or not copied.
-
Give it calls
Point a test number at it, or send only some calls to it: after hours, holidays or overflow. See Routing.
-
Compare
Both agents’ calls are in Calls with the same analysis, side by side.
-
Keep it in step
Changed the original? Update brings over its latest prompt, settings and knowledge into the same Voice Logica agent and publishes a new version.
On Voice Logica one price per minute includes the AI model, speech recognition and the voice, whatever the length of your prompt. See how we compare with ElevenLabs, Vapi and Retell.
