Integrations - Connected - Google Workspace is how this company authorizes Google for calendar, contacts, Drive, Sheets, and mail. Catalogue also lists Google Meet and Google Chat as separate Authorize cards.
Status can show Not connected until you click Connect Google.
What you enable
Section titled “What you enable”Scopes are toggles on the Google Workspace card. Turning a new scope on may require re-authorization.
Book meetings
May require the Calendar plan feature.
Recognise callers
Match phone numbers to contacts.
Save recordings to Drive
Agents can add recordings but cannot see existing files.
Answer from Drive files
Agents can read files to answer questions.
Use spreadsheets
Look up data or write call results to a sheet.
Send emails
Agents can send mail but cannot read the inbox.
Connect Google starts OAuth. Set up Google Meet / Set up Google Chat appear when those surfaces need extra setup.
First setup
Section titled “First setup”- Open Integrations - Connected (or browse Catalogue for Google Meet / Chat).
- On Google Workspace, pick the scopes you need, then Connect Google.
- Finish Google consent. Confirm status is connected.
- Enable the matching agent tools (Schedule Appointment, Drive, Sheets, and so on) under Tools & Workflows, then save.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Book meetings is locked
The UI says it requires the Calendar plan feature. Upgrade, or leave that toggle off and use other scopes.
