Make Outbound Call

Make Outbound Call dials a number from the graph. Needs outbound on the plan and a trunk/caller ID. This is not initiate-call from your backend (though both place outbound AI calls).

What you configure

Phone NumberREQUIRED
E.164 including country code. Supports variables (e.g. {{call.phone_number}}).
AgentREQUIRED
Which AI agent places the call.
SIP Trunk
Which trunk / caller ID carries the call.
Context Info
Background for the agent on that call; supports variables.

First setup

Section titled “First setup”
  1. Add Make Outbound Call (often after On API Call or Call Ends).
  2. Set number + agent (+ trunk).
  3. Save & go live. Confirm Allow Outbound Calls and credits.

Troubleshooting

Agent is required

Pick an agent in the dropdown. Empty Select… blocks the node.
