Keyword Detected

Keyword Detected fires when the caller says one of the phrases you listed (Runs when: When caller says specific words). It is not a tool the model chooses - During Call is. Use it for a short list of words you must not miss.

What you configure

Press Enter to add each keyword the caller might say.

AI Response to Caller is allowed. Prefer During or Start/Connect when you need a transfer graph.

First setup - phrase, then notify

Section titled “First setup - phrase, then notify”
  1. + Add Trigger - Keyword Detected. Add the phrases people actually say.
  2. Send Text Message or another node from Work Flow Triggered.
  3. Optionally AI Response to Caller with a fixed line when wording must be exact.
  4. Save & go live, attach, say the phrase on a test call.

Keep the list short. A dozen everyday words will fire on normal talk.

Add that exact wording as another keyword. Confirm attach. Keyword is speech - keypad digits are On Key Pressed.
