First setup

Section titled “First setup”
  1. Catalogue - HubSpot - Authorize (card tags include Caller ID / Leads when shown).
  2. On HubSpot, Sign in to your HubSpot account (or create one), then approve access.
  3. Confirm Connected shows HubSpot as working.
  4. Agent - Tools & Workflows - enable HubSpot, save.
  5. Call from a contact phone that exists in HubSpot. Open Calls if the greeting stays generic.

Authorize opens HubSpot but never returns

Finish consent in the same browser session. Pop-up blockers can stop the return. Try again from Catalogue.
