Guesty
Integrations - Catalogue - Guesty - Connect opens Connect Guesty for property management (owners/guests, reservations, listings, house rules, conversations). One connection is shared by the whole company.
What you enter
Section titled “What you enter”From Guesty Integrations - API / Webhooks, create an Open API application, then paste:
Client IDREQUIRED
From the Guesty Open API application.
Client secretREQUIRED
Fetched token is cached automatically after connect.
Base URL
Shown when your Guesty environment needs a non-default host.
Use Test connection before Connect when available.
First setup
Section titled “First setup”- Create the Open API app in Guesty and copy Client ID + secret.
- Catalogue - Guesty - Connect - paste credentials - Test connection - Connect.
- Enable the Guesty tool on the agent, save, then prove with a guest/owner call.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Test connection fails
Confirm the Open API application is active and you pasted Client ID / secret (not a personal password). Try again after regenerating the secret in Guesty.
