Integrations - Catalogue - Zoho CRM - Authorize starts Zoho OAuth for this company. Then enable the Zoho CRM tool on the agent.

First setup

  1. Catalogue - Zoho CRM - Authorize.
  2. Sign in to Zoho (Sign in to access Accounts) and approve.
  3. Confirm the card appears under Connected.
  4. Agent - Tools & Workflows - enable Zoho CRM, save.
  5. Prove with a call from a known CRM phone number.

Wrong Zoho data center

Use the Zoho account that holds the CRM data for this company. Re-authorize if you signed into the wrong org.
