Send Text Message
Send Text Message sends SMS from the graph. Uses VoIP / SMS credits and a sender ID from Telephony settings.
What you configure
Section titled “What you configure”From
Sender ID recipients see (e.g. Voicelogica). Manage sender IDs in Telephony settings.
ToREQUIRED
Press Enter after each number. Insert variables such as
{{call.phone_number}}.MessageREQUIRED
Keep it concise — SMS has character limits. Insert variables to personalize.
First setup
Section titled “First setup”- Add Send Text Message (often after Missed Call or Keyword Detected).
- Set To and Message.
- Save & go live, attach if needed, prove to your own mobile.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Message is required
The body is empty. Write the SMS text, then insert variables.
