Set up Noema on your phone

Noema records and summarises your business calls, and answers when you cannot pick up. Your administrator turned it on for you.

1. Install Noema. iPhone: App Store. Android: Google Play.

2. Sign in. Open the app and sign in with your Voice Logica email and password.

3. Allow permissions. Allow what the app asks for. Without them it cannot place calls or show who is calling.

4. Make a call. Tap a contact or dial a number. When you hang up, the recording, transcript and summary are waiting in Recents.

To have incoming calls analysed too, turn on call analysis in the app once and follow its steps. It uses your carrier’s call forwarding (mobile numbers in Greece and Cyprus).

Troubleshooting

I do not know my password

On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and follow the email.

The app says I have no access

Your administrator has not turned the mobile app on for you yet. Ask them to switch it on.

I lost the email

Ask your administrator to send it again.

For administrators

Telephony - Active directory, click the mobile icon next to the person and switch Device access on. Under Send the setup, click Email or SMS. The person gets these steps and both store links. See Users, seats and devices.
