Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Test token shows an error or no lists
An authentication error means the token is wrong or was regenerated in ClickUp. A warning that no lists are accessible means the token’s owner cannot see any lists. Check that the account belongs to the right workspace and has access to the lists.
The agent does not recognise known callers
Caller recognition needs both a Contacts list and the Phone custom-field id on the connection. Without the contacts list the agent reports that it is not configured. Reconnect ClickUp with both filled in, and check that Identify contact by number is ticked on the agent.
The agent cannot assign the person the caller named
The agent only assigns people who are members of the list. When nobody matches, it gets the list of available members and should ask the caller to choose one of them.
