For AI assistants: this page as plain markdown is at https://docs.voicelogica.ai/raw/integrations/leads.md, and https://docs.voicelogica.ai/llms.txt lists the docs by topic, one file each, small enough to read whole. Read those rather than this HTML page.

A lead costs the most in the minutes right after it comes in. Connect a lead source here and Voice Logica turns every new submission into a phone call from your agent - typically within seconds, while the person still remembers filling in the form. A lead can start an outbound call automatically, or start a New Lead workflow you design.

Every source produces the same thing: someone who left a name and a number and asked to be contacted. So you connect each one once, then decide once what happens to a new lead.

A Voice Logica lead form can also be pushed into Facebook, TikTok, Google or LinkedIn as that platform’s own instant form, so one form definition feeds both your site and your ads.

Each connected source has its own settings. You choose one of two paths:

Automatic calling
Pick an agent and a caller ID, write short callback instructions, and set the number the lead sees. A new lead is phoned straight away, with no workflow to build. Automatic calling cannot be turned on without an agent.
New Lead workflow
Leave automatic calling off and build a New Lead trigger instead, for anything beyond a plain callback - save the contact, text first, branch by source, open a ticket, then call.

Shared settings (one dialog, every source): email the sales team when a lead arrives, and the hours a callback is allowed - a lead that comes in overnight is rescheduled to the next working morning, not refused.

  1. Integrations - Catalogue - open the source you want (Facebook, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn) and Authorize. For a website form, copy the webhook URL and post your form submissions to it. For a Voice Logica form, open Lead Forms and build one.

  2. Confirm it under Connected - the source should show a working status.

  3. Set what happens - on the source’s settings, either turn on Automatic calling (agent + caller ID + instructions) or leave it off for a workflow.

  4. (Workflow path) build a New Lead trigger and attach it.

  5. Prove it - send a test submission from the platform (or your form). With automatic calling on, your phone rings. With a workflow, watch it run. Test submissions are ignored unless you ask the trigger to include them.

A test lead came in but nothing happened

Either automatic calling is off and no New Lead workflow is attached, or the trigger drops test submissions (the default) - turn on include test submissions while you test. If you use a workflow that sends SMS or calls, also check the lead actually had a phone number; a form that only collects email produces a lead with nothing to ring.

Facebook authorized but no leads arrive

Leads only flow from a Page you selected during setup, and the ad’s instant form must be one Voice Logica knows about - either a form you created in Facebook that you linked, or a Voice Logica lead form pushed to that Page. A Facebook form cannot be edited after it is live: changing it in Voice Logica creates a new version, and ads using the old form must be pointed at the new one in Ads Manager.

New Lead trigger - handle a lead with a workflow. Outbound Campaigns - call a list of leads you already have. Get an integration working - the connect-then-use pattern for every integration.
