For AI assistants: this page as plain markdown is at https://docs.voicelogica.ai/raw/getting-started/report-emails.md, and https://docs.voicelogica.ai/llms.txt lists the docs by topic, one file each, small enough to read whole. Read those rather than this HTML page.
Report emails
Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.
Report emails are scheduled summaries of your calls and the Learning center. People who do not log in every day still see what happened: how many calls came in, who missed whom, what the agent could not answer.
You set them up in Company settings - Reports.
Create a report
Section titled “Create a report”- Company settings - Reports tab - add a report.
- Give it a name, for example Managers - daily.
- Add recipients: team members or any email address. Each address gets its own email.
- Choose how often and the send time (in the company time zone).
- Choose what it includes (below) and save.
A new report sends its first email in the next period. To see one straight away, use Send now.
How often
Section titled “How often”| Frequency | Covers | Sent |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Yesterday | Every day at the send time |
| Weekly | Last Monday to Sunday | On Monday |
| Monthly | Last month | On the 1st |
A daily report lists the calls themselves. Weekly and monthly reports show counts per person and per agent, and the change versus the period before.
What a report can include
Section titled “What a report can include”| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Company calls | Totals, inbound and outbound, AI agent versus team, and how calls ended (connected to a person, transfer failed, appointment booked and so on). The topics callers raised. Daily reports also list missed callers not reached yet, unhappy callers, appointments and leads, and a Call tags block with the number of calls per call tag. |
| Calls per team member | Who called whom, a short summary and the outcome. You can limit it to chosen members. |
| Calls per AI agent | The same, per agent. You can limit it to chosen agents. |
| Learning center | New questions the agent could not answer, answers your team gave that are waiting for review, and answers that differ from your saved knowledge. |
One email per address
Section titled “One email per address”If an address is on several reports due at the same time, it gets them in one email.
A typical setup is two reports: one for managers (company calls and calls per team member), and one for whoever looks after the Learning center.
Unsubscribe
Section titled “Unsubscribe”Every email ends with two links:
- Report settings - opens the Reports tab.
- Unsubscribe this address - removes only that address from those reports. Everyone else keeps receiving them.
To start sending to the address again, add it back to the report in Company settings - Reports.
Send now
Section titled “Send now”Send now sends the last finished period immediately, to one recipient or to all of them. The schedule does not change.
Each email uses one email credit. See How charges work.
From your AI assistant (MCP)
Section titled “From your AI assistant (MCP)”With the Claude and ChatGPT connector, the tools reports_query and reports_execute manage reports with these actions: list_report_subscriptions, get_report_subscription, create_report_subscription, update_report_subscription, delete_report_subscription and send_report_now.
- “Send me a daily report of yesterday’s calls per team member at 08:00.”
- “Add eleni@example.com to the weekly managers report.”
- “Send me last month’s report now.”
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”I created a report but nothing arrived.
A new report sends its first email in the next period: a daily report the next day at the send time, a weekly one on Monday, a monthly one on the 1st. Press Send now to get the last finished period straight away.
One person stopped receiving the report.
They probably pressed Unsubscribe this address in an email. Add the address back to the report in Company settings - Reports.
