For AI assistants: this page as plain markdown is at https://docs.voicelogica.ai/raw/getting-started/before-you-buy.md, and https://docs.voicelogica.ai/llms.txt lists the docs by topic, one file each, small enough to read whole. Read those rather than this HTML page.

The questions a business usually asks in writing before it signs up, with the answer we give. Prices are per month plus VAT; the current plans are on How charges work.

Are there any other costs besides the monthly plan?

No hidden charges. Setting up the agent yourself is free, and calls are billed per second from the moment they are answered, with no rounding up to the minute, no per-call fee and no overage. You pay extra only for what you choose to add: Assisted Setup (our team builds the agent for you, quoted per project), minute packs, extra concurrent calls, extra agents or seats. Outside Voice Logica, your mobile carrier charges the forwarding leg under your mobile plan, and transfers from the free Greek number to a person’s phone use that number’s prepaid credit at Yuboto. Details: How charges work.

How many calls does a plan cover?

It depends on how long your calls are, because minutes are counted per second, not per call. The 200 minutes of Starter are about 200 calls of one minute or 100 calls of two minutes; a 40-second call uses 40 seconds. About 100 calls a day of 1-2 minutes is 2,500-4,500 minutes a month, which is Pro or Scale. Concurrent calls are separate: they are how many calls can be live at the same moment, not a monthly count. Plans: Current plans.

How much does Assisted Setup cost?

Setting up the agent yourself is free: sign up, and the first agent is created from your website in a few minutes. Assisted Setup, where our team builds the agent, its prompt, workflows and integrations for you, is priced per project, because it depends on what you need set up. Book a short call with our team to go through what you need, or send a short description of the setup you want to info@voicelogica.ai or call +30 210 300 9090, and we reply with a quote.

What happens when the minutes or the balance run out? Does it stop or charge automatically?

Nothing is charged automatically beyond the plan itself, which renews every month on your card, and there is no overage billing. When the voice minutes run out, the agent still answers incoming calls but only takes a message: it says it cannot take the call, records what the caller says and emails it to you, using analysis minutes only; when the analysis minutes run out too, calls to the AI are refused until the plan renews or you buy more minutes. More minutes are one-off packs you buy yourself in Subscription & Billing, bought again automatically only if you turn on auto top-up for a pack, and a low balance alert emails you before anything runs out. Details: When something runs out.

Can we set a maximum monthly cost or usage on our plan?

Yes, by default: the monthly cost is the plan price. Anything above it is something you choose to buy, either a pack or an auto top-up you turned on yourself, so with auto top-up off the bill cannot grow. Transfers from the free Greek number to a person’s phone are paid from that number’s prepaid credit at Yuboto, which also cannot go below zero.

Is there a discount if we pay for a year upfront?

Yes. Yearly plans are paid upfront and cost 10% less than paying monthly. The minutes still refill every month, as on a monthly plan. See Renewal, upgrades and downgrades.

Can we forward only the missed calls from a mobile to your Greek number? Is there a charge?

Yes. Every paid plan in Greece includes a free Greek number (Forward your number): from the mobile, dial **61*NUMBER# to forward only the calls you don’t answer (##61# turns it off), **67*NUMBER# to add the calls that come in while you are busy or decline, and **62*NUMBER# for the ones while the phone is off. On our side a forwarded call uses the plan’s minutes like any call, with no extra charge for forwarding. Your mobile carrier charges the forwarded leg as a call from your mobile to a landline number under your mobile plan; most business plans include calls to landlines, but check with your carrier. Transferring a caller from the AI to a person’s phone is a new call from the free number, paid from that number’s prepaid credit at Yuboto, not from the plan’s minutes.

Is one simultaneous call enough? What does a caller hear when the line is busy?

Starter answers one call at a time. A caller who rings while the agent is already on a call hears a busy tone. For a practice whose AI only takes the calls the owner misses, one line is usually enough. If two callers at once becomes common, add an extra concurrent call in Subscription & Billing or move to a plan with more (plans).

What is the maximum call length? Does a very long or stuck call end by itself?

Yes. Every AI call has a hard time limit: the agent’s Maximum call duration (Call handling → Hang up → Call Duration Limit), or 30 minutes if you have not set one, and 5 minutes on the free demo; before the limit the agent tells the caller and says goodbye. A call that goes quiet does not run on either: when the caller stops responding, the agent reminds them (twice by default) and then hangs up, and a call where nobody ever speaks is closed. Calls to your number come from people, so faxes are not a concern on incoming calls. See Hang up.

Do you offer an SLA? What uptime and support response times do you commit to?

Yes. For business contracts we sign an SLA annex with 99.5% monthly uptime. If the agent is completely down (P1), we handle it 24/7, respond within 1 hour and aim to restore service within 4 hours. Other issues get a response within 4 hours (P2), 1 business day (P3) or 2 business days (P4), counted in business hours. Tickets are opened from Support. Planned maintenance, third-party systems, and your own PBX, carrier line and network are outside the SLA.

If Voice Logica is unavailable, what happens to our calls?

With your own phone system, the PBX decides: if the agent’s extension does not answer or is not connected, the PBX sends the call to another extension, a ring group, a queue or voicemail, so callers still reach someone. Set that fallback on the PBX when you connect it. See If a connection drops.

Do you sign a DPA? How long are recordings and transcripts kept? Can it work without recording?

Yes. A GDPR data processing agreement (DPA), the sub-processor list and our ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 certificates are at legal.voicelogica.ai, and hosting is in the EU. You choose how long each agent keeps recordings and transcripts, from 0 to 180 days, and recording can be off completely: the agent still answers normally and you still get the summary, with no audio stored. To keep nothing after the call at all, choose Don’t retain any call data. See Recording & Privacy and Security & data protection.

Do you have clients in our field, such as clinics, that we could contact?

For confidentiality we do not share our clients’ names or contact details. Tell us about your business instead: what you do, your website, and what you need the agent to handle beyond answering (for example booking appointments, and which calendar or software you use). We then suggest the right setup, and you can call our own agent at +30 210 300 9090 to hear how it sounds.

Can we visit your office in Metamorfosi?

Yes, by appointment. Our office is at Katsantoni & Olympias 2, Metamorfosi 144 52, Athens. Call +30 210 300 9090 first to arrange a time; a visit is confirmed by phone.

Do you have a partner or reseller programme?

Yes. Resellers sell Voice Logica under the Voice Logica name and manage all their clients from one account (Reseller Control). To join, submit an official request from your company email through the partner request form. We review it and send the terms to approved partners. There is also an affiliate programme: voicelogica.ai/en/partners.
