For AI assistants: this page as plain markdown is at https://docs.voicelogica.ai/raw/workflow-nodes/send-viber.md, and https://docs.voicelogica.ai/llms.txt lists the docs by topic, one file each, small enough to read whole. Read those rather than this HTML page.
Send Viber
Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.
Send Viber does one of two things, depending on Send To:
- Phone numbers (Viber message) - each number gets a Viber message from your verified sender, the same way as Send Text Message. It uses your SMS credits and can fall back to SMS when a number has no Viber.
- Viber Channel: <name> - one post to a Viber Channel you connected. Every member of the channel sees it. Use a private channel to send call alerts to your team.
What you configure
Section titled “What you configure”{{call.phone_number}}.{{call.summary}} to personalize it.First setup: a call alert in your team’s channel
Section titled “First setup: a call alert in your team’s channel”- Connect a private Viber Channel with only your team in it.
- In a workflow that runs on call end, add Send Viber.
- Set Send To to your channel and write the Message, for example:
New call from {{call.phone_number}}: {{call.summary}}. - Save & go live, turn the workflow on for the agent, make a test call and check the channel.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Why does my Send Viber node fail with ‘Viber channel not found for this company’?
The Viber Channel the node posts to was disconnected. Connect it again in Integrations → Channels, then pick it again in the node’s Send To field.
Why does my Send Viber node fail with ‘no sender’?
Viber messages to phone numbers need a verified sender. Pick one in the node’s From field, or set your company’s default SMS sender in Telephony → SMS senders.
Why does the Send Viber node say Message is required?
The Message of the Send Viber node is empty. Write the text, then insert any variables you need.
