For AI assistants: this page as plain markdown is at https://docs.voicelogica.ai/raw/telephony/noema-notes-with-claude.md, and https://docs.voicelogica.ai/llms.txt lists the docs by topic, one file each, small enough to read whole. Read those rather than this HTML page.
Noema with Claude or ChatGPT: notes that get done
Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.
You talk to clients on your mobile with Noema. When the client hangs up, your line stays open and you say what should happen next: “Send Giorgos the offer for the 3 cameras and call him back on Tuesday at 11.” The Claude or ChatGPT you already use reads it, sends the email, books the meeting, updates the contact, and writes on the call what it did. You never open a laptop.
This page takes you from a fresh Noema install to a routine that does this on its own.
1. Start with Noema
Section titled “1. Start with Noema”-
Install Noema and sign in. iPhone: App Store. Android: Google Play. New to Voice Logica? See Noema only: sign up and the Noema Mobile plan.
-
Check the note is on. New accounts start with Note for AI after the call on. Otherwise: Telephony → Call settings → Keypad codes, wake word and after-call note → switch on Note for AI after the call. Or ask your assistant later: “turn on the after-call note for me”.
-
Make a call from Noema. Outgoing calls are analysed on every network. For incoming calls, set up forwarding as shown in Set up Noema on your phone.
2. Leave your first note
Section titled “2. Leave your first note”When the client hangs up, stay on the line.
- You hear “Leave a note? Speak now or say “no”.” («Θέλετε σημείωση; Μιλήστε ή πείτε «όχι».»), in the voice of your agent.
- Talk freely, also over the question. Pause to think when you need to.
- After a short pause you hear “Anything else?” («Κάτι άλλο;»). Add more, or answer in your own words: “no, that’s all”. You hear “Saved.”
- The client does not hang up? Dial
##: only their line ends and the note starts.
Say who, what and when. “Email Giorgos Papadopoulos the offer for the 3 cameras, and call him back on Tuesday at 11.” With a name, an amount and a time, your assistant can act without asking you.
The note appears on the call as Instructions for AI, marked Pending. More in Notes after a call.
3. Connect your assistant
Section titled “3. Connect your assistant”Use the Claude or ChatGPT account you already have.
- Claude: Add to Claude, then sign in with your Voice Logica account.
- ChatGPT: in the Voice Logica app, Integrations → AI Assistants → ChatGPT → Connect, and follow the three steps.
Details and screenshots: Claude and ChatGPT.
4. Add the skill
Section titled “4. Add the skill”The act-on-call-instructions skill tells your assistant exactly what to do with the notes, every time.
-
Claude (web, desktop, mobile): download the skill (.zip) and upload it in Settings → Capabilities → Skills.
-
Claude Code: add our marketplace once, then install the plugin. The skill comes with it.
Terminal window claude plugin marketplace add voicelogica/claude-pluginTerminal window claude plugin install voice-logica@voicelogica -
ChatGPT or Codex: install the Voice Logica plugin. The skill is inside.
5. Run it with your assistant
Section titled “5. Run it with your assistant”Open a new chat and ask:
“Check my calls with pending instructions and do what they say.”
For each note, your assistant reads the call and its summary, then:
- Does what you asked: sends the email or SMS to the client, books the meeting, creates the task, updates the contact.
- Marks the note Done, with exactly what it did and to whom. The card on the call shows it, and no later run does it twice.
- Stops when something is unclear. If the recipient, a name, a number or an amount it would send is not clear in your note, it sends nothing for that part and leaves you a task saying what is missing.
- Marks No action when there is nothing to do.
6. Make it a routine
Section titled “6. Make it a routine”So you never have to ask, run the same request on a schedule, every 15 to 30 minutes during office hours. The prompt:
“Use the act-on-call-instructions skill: handle the pending Voice Logica call instructions.”
- Claude: create a scheduled task with this prompt and pick how often it runs. Run it once by hand first and approve the Voice Logica tools it asks for, so later runs go through on their own.
- Claude Code: type
/scheduleand give it the prompt and the interval. - ChatGPT: ask “Every 30 minutes on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, use the Voice Logica plugin to handle my pending call instructions.” ChatGPT saves it as a scheduled task.
Each run sees only your company’s calls, with the permissions of the account that runs it.
Questions
Section titled “Questions”What does it cost?
The note on the phone uses your analysis minutes, like the rest of the call. Claude or ChatGPT runs on your own subscription with them.
Is my note part of the recording?
No. The note is not recorded and not in the transcript the client could receive. It is saved only as Instructions for AI on the call.
Can I write the note instead of saying it?
Yes. In the Voice Logica web app, open the call in Call history and use Instructions for AI. Your assistant handles it the same way.
How do I stop the question after my calls?
Telephony → Call settings → switch off Note for AI after the call, or ask your assistant “turn off the after-call note for me”. Or just say “no” when you hear the question.
