Voice Logica vs Vapi
Ce contenu n’est pas encore disponible dans votre langue.
Vapi is an API for developers to assemble a voice bot from speech, model, voice and telephony providers. Voice Logica is the finished product: the AI agent plus your team’s phones and chats, AI on your people’s calls, the CRM and the analysis, at one price per minute, with no engineering project.
Details on Vapi come from its public website and documentation, read in October 2026.
Voice Logica’s advantages
Section titled “Voice Logica’s advantages”A single price instead of multiple provider charges
Section titled “A single price instead of multiple provider charges”Vapi’s per-minute price is only the platform fee. On top come speech recognition, the AI model, the voice and the phone line, each at the provider’s price. The model is billed per token, and every time the caller speaks it reads the whole prompt, the knowledge, the tool descriptions and the conversation so far. The richer your agent, the more each minute costs. Extra concurrency is USD 10 per line per month, and HIPAA is a USD 2,000 a month add-on.
On Voice Logica the plan minute includes the AI model, speech recognition and the voice, whatever the size of the prompt, the knowledge or the tool list. Call analysis is included. Every call runs on a top OpenAI model on OpenAI’s priority servers, for lower latency, at no extra cost.
A complete product for your team, not an API
Section titled “A complete product for your team, not an API”Vapi has no phone system for your staff, no inbox and no handoff to a person beyond transferring the call.
Voice Logica puts your people on the same system as the AI: softphones, the Windows and mobile apps, user groups and conference rooms. In the Windows app they see the call transcribed live, a supervisor can listen in to live calls from Calls, and their calls are recorded, summarised and analysed. When the AI transfers a caller to a teammate, their screen shows who is calling, why, the customer’s CRM details and recent calls, so the caller never repeats themselves. Chats on the website, WhatsApp, Viber, Messenger and Instagram hand over to a teammate in the same thread in Live Support. Tasks, callbacks and the mini-CRM carry the follow-up.
EU hosting, Greek language and your existing line
Section titled “EU hosting, Greek language and your existing line”- EU hosting on every plan. Vapi keeps its EU region for selected enterprise customers; new self-serve accounts run in the US.
- Greek that works out of the box, with natural Greek voices, instead of testing providers for Greek yourself.
- Greek systems built in: ERPs, e-shops, couriers and hotel systems. See Integrations.
- Office PBXs and Greek carriers, with no open ports, and an edge device for closed networks.
- Built from your website in minutes, or from Claude and ChatGPT through the MCP connector. Developers still get the REST API, webhooks, workflows and their MCP servers as tools.
